Surabaya, Indonesia, 19 March 2019 – Toppan Gravity successfully secured its first merger and acquistion deal with the acquisition of a 25% stake in PT Jasuindo Tiga Perkasa Tbk (Jasuindo), the largest security printing company in Indonesia.

Established in 1993, Jasuindo is headquartered in Surabaya, Indonesia. It is very active in the identity segment, supplying their local market and more than 10 countries worldwide with passport components including passport inlays, polycarbonate data pages, ID card inlays, passport laminates, etc. It received numerous awards including “”Top 50 Best Performing Companies in Indonesia”” for three years in a row.
