Based in Singapore with over 25 years of experience, Wai Keong leads TOPPAN Ecquaria, which he founded in 1998 before it was acquired by TOPPAN NEXT in 2020. As a techno-enthusiast, he has led the company to create a unified Digital Government platform for 38 government agencies in Singapore. Wai Keong holds a PhD in Computer Science from University of Melbourne and a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from The University of Western Australia.

Every year, we look for bright young minds with the potential to be future leaders. We ‘pay it forward’ by working with Singapore-Industry Scholarship (SgIS) to grant bursaries to pursue a good education.
