When a house of brands now part of the largest American luxury fashion group moved from a cumbersome proxy-based platform to Salesforce Commerce Cloud to manage their content, they faced challenges with multilingual content management. While the platform had advanced features, it lacked efficient translation capabilities for scheduled campaigns. The manual import/export process further complicated multilingual launches. As their primary provider and with no available market solution, they sought our expertise.

  • Easily mark Page Designer components as “ready to translate” when scheduling campaigns.
